NOTRE CONCEPT EST SIMPLE : TOUS NOS PRODUITS PROVIENNENT EXCLUSIVEMENT DES HALLES DE NARBONNE ET SONT DÉCOUPÉS SUR LE MOMENT AVANT D'ÊTRE GRILLÉS À LA PLANCHA ET AGRÉMENTÉS DE FRITES ET DE SALADES MAISON. Tout au long du service, « Bebelle » assure le spectacle en annonçant vos commandes, à grands coups de mégaphone, aux artisans en viande des Halles. En retour Bebelle rattrape au vol les morceaux bien empaquetés, tel un troisième ligne de rugby sous une longue chandelle.
